Description

Hadn't done a wicker bench for some time. Captured 10/22/16 @ 8:02 am, in an alley not far from home.

I can't quite figure out what the seating is covered with; the wicker seems to be in decent condition, looks like this might be an outdoor seating area? Great find and shot, Harry.

I had an old wicker bench almost exactly like this and guess what----I turned into a planter!!!

Helle says it could sure use some legs---that's not all it could use! I don't know what the seat is either, but it looks like an old carpet or textile that just gave up the ghost in LA's hot dry weather. It's seen better days. Love the shot. And you have your usual treatment of striated concrete and wall behind. With an ugly-as-all-getout dumpster in the background. Grunge and gritty beauty all wrapped up in one. Terrific capture.
