This is really a good idea. They seem to be always at agricultural/game shows. The idea is that you see how far your dog can jump in the water, all well & good on a lovely warm day. On the day I took this pic, it was quite dull & chilly. people were queuing early in the morn to give their dogs a go. Then the poor little thing would have to walk round all day wet through!!! I didn't see anyone with a towel or a warm coat to put on their dogs afterwards???? Mind you I never see people with water for their dogs to drink on warm days either??? I saw that the bloke running this thing put a bowl of water out for the dogs BUT he got the water from that pool, surely he has treatments in there??? Plus don't get me started on walking very young puppies around either. Cannot you tell its BL****Y fireworks season. Already had them going off 12 nights, poor Jasmine has been in a right state, she is making Truly frightened. Thankfully meadow cannot hear them. Yes we have 2 telly's on FULL BLAST. Anyway, tonight we are all going off in the motorhome for the next three nights as it will be terrible. Will not be home before midnight at least, as you still have the ones who come home from the pub & think its a good idea to let the dam things off.
