Description

I made these when I was still a studio pottery student,. I have kept very little of my own work over the years as I made it for money not as a hobby! I still use these two. The glazes are Temmoku on the top half of the big one and both insides, and wood ash glazes on the rest. I always made all my own glazes: it is extremely interesting chemically. See them from the side Here

Again you are showing some of my favorite things. I love mugs and pretty much all pottery. Mom made pottery for a while. I sadly never learned. Maybe I can start a new hobby!

Just as you have shown your grandmother's antique glass jug hand made by someone, we now see someone's future heirloom made by you. Beautiful and functional.

The two different styles are awesome, and they appear to be in perfect condition.

Your toadstool logo linking your initials together is very attractive.

Thanks for sharing Andrea.
