Superb capture !! J'ai aussi vu un de cet espéce, mais il n'a jamais stationné assez longtemps pour le prendre en photo et il a été chassé par les abeilles sur les mêmes fleurs.

The Hummingbird Hawkmoth ( Macroglossum stellatarum ). Superb capture! A cracking in flight shot too!

I have seen only once before but got nowhere near to getting a shot, it has too high up in the trees.

To get these great shots JC, I'm starting to think you might have some advanced tech that allows you to shrink down to insect size with your camera to get these amazing views...
