TGIF indeed, enjoy the weekend my friends.
I think my news on getting my unemployment benifits is negative. My boss gave a different reason for letting me go to the employment office then he told me. I had to explain my absent days. Cause he said to them it was because of poor attendence. He told me cause I was not productive enough cause I'm don't drive the forklifts. Got the results back yesterday. I'm just afraid to read it right now. But I feel the worst. Have a great day and I highly appreciate your visit and comments.

Just opened the email and instructions to log on to the employment page for the results on the benifits.
They ruled in my favor. Wow, stunned me. They reviewed both mine and my a hole boss and determine my absences were not excessive enough for them to release me.

I'm not 'officially here' (due to my sister's illness), but I saw this friday, and couldn't wait to reply. I'm so happy the unemployment board ruled in your favor. I assume they deal with enough crazy bosses to know they have to look at both sides, and look deeper too. You deserve this. I hope it allows you to relax a bit---it's been one long road for you; and you deserve things going your way at last. I love what you did with this image, the way the clock is both around her and also on her, and even in her (her eye seems to emerge from a clock). I also love the stuff on the ground behind her---looks like old tin cans attached to metal snakes! Don't know what they are, but they're prima,l and perfect for the piece. And btw, I loved your other uploads since I stepped away---the Red Door was totally doused in reds and terrific design, and your latest---with the inedible M-and-M's---was another delight. I can't comment at length now, but your work hasn't waned a bit---the ol' creative eye is alive as ever, and bringing you inspiration even as you walk through bad times. Congratulations, and I wish you all the best! I'll be back one of these days, but had to share my congratulations as soon as I could.

Grats on your good news. Been hosed before myself by 'less than truthful' employers... now when (if) I get released, I demand a written and signed explanation as to why, also a full copy of my employee file... and they have to comply. Hard for them to change the story later when I talk to a 1-800-SueTheir@$$OffLawyer about wrongful termination if applicable.
Last case I took to a lawyer had four handwritten complaints from supposedly different people... found all to have the exact same writing by the attorney's people. Nice little check I received a couple of weeks later.
