Description

Despite my pup making it obvious she lives in the yard, the local rabbit population continues to nest here. This litter, the 3rd I knew about this year, was discovered (and likely born) on Sept 16, 2016. This photo is from 2 days later, when I decided to actually inventory (3 were still alive, 2 didn't make it, most likely including the one my dog extracted). They're so. damned. CUTE! They are fairly fragile, though, and especially considering the current weather patterns, this nest was destined for trouble from the start.
