Looks like you are doing a pretty fair job by my judging. One small mistake people make when placing a figure or object into a photo scene, they forget to count the lights in the photo and calculate (roughly) their intensity. It looks like you may need to dial up the main light, to the right of the young lady, to give a little bit more contrast to match the background. Still, very nice image.
