Description

**The great organ** of Sylvanès was designed and realized by the organ builder Daniel Birouste in 1997. The instrument required 10 tons of steel, 20 m3 of wood, 3 900 kg of tin and lead. It took 30,000 hours of work to produce the 4,600 different pipes each giving a different note and sound.
