Nice reversed situation - the painting is in the room instead of on the canvas. Not to mention his clothing! This is one funny image! It must have been a lot of work to do all those different texture maps! Keep up the good work! :-)

Thanks T.Rex! Not so much! The trick is to use a texturmap with a very large format. Seamless or not, does not matter.

It is not so much that the artist cannot think of anything to put on the canvas, it is that there is so MUCH beauty in our everyday lives (all around) that it can overwhelm us. Getting focused is the problem. I recognize this in my own work and even in my own life. There is so much I have to do and when I can't zero in on a specific chore or activity, I sit down and turn on the TV (LOL). I really like how you have summed up this problem and a wonderful way!!!

Thanks so much Greywolf44! That's the way it is. You suffer from over-stimulation and you have to concentrate to be creative. I do not have the problem and I do not watch TV either. :-D

Too much stimuli from the world leaks down to us on so many levels, it's hard to tune out the noise... 😎

Well done!

Thanks rhol_figament! Oh yes and it gets more and more difficult, but there are some tricks how to concentrate, despite the many noises. :-D

Beautiful and interesting work. The feeling missed inspiration here is really well represented. You look at a blank canvas looking for something which is filled around the world and you . How many times I found me in this situation, then just move the eyes around and ...... Congratulations it is really a splendid work.

Thanks giulband! I know some who have problems with it. Very important is to break through the routine of daily life. Routine kills any creativity. Have a nice weekend!
