somehow an a** got my credit/debit card information and went crazy today. 50 attempts on purchases today only plus one on my credit card. both are canceled now

Had that happen to me a few years ago. Nearly lost my mind (which is an easy thing nowadays, heh). It's why I try not to use a credit card in a cab anymore.

Great scene, Richard. Would gladly trade in Chicago snow for this.

Awesome, majestic shot and that sucks so bad on your cards! Thank God your bank caught it. Sounds like we've all been there. I have as well. My bank caught a fraudulent charge as soon as it happened and it went no further. Just the hassle of dealing with a new card. Pain in the ass. Good luck with getting everything straightened out fast, buddy.

This formation almost has a Sphinx-like look to it. Very cool photo, Richard!

Yeah, it sucks when that happens. I had it happen back in 2001 - right after the 9-11 attacks. Took months to get everything straightened out. Didn't cost me any money, just lots of time..

The exact thing happened to me last week. In my case many of the charges were localized to the Chicago area (various pizza parlors, dance venues and sports ticket sales). Haven't been to Chicago since the 80s.
