This how i can describe my day yesterday. Me and my wife drove to Sammy marks museum. When arriving there we found that the house will only open Ten o'clock in the morning. I started to take some pictures of the outside garden and surroundings inside the Sammy Marks museum grounds when a lady came to me and ask me not to take any pictures. She asked me if i saw the notice board which says one must make an appointment to do photo shoot's. She told me that i must pay R550.00. She did speak in a friendly way. I was just shocked to find out one had to make an appointment and had to pay R550.00 to take pictures at Sammy Marks museum. No such information was available on their website and facebook page. I know on the internet there is places which make one aware of paying when taking pictures on their grounds. We then drove to Rietvlei nature reserve to spend the day there. God bless.
