Wow. This is as beautiful as it can be dangerous. Glad to see the lights stayed on too! I think they're forecasting snow here tomorrow night in PA. Everybody tells me something different. Magnificent eye, my friend!!!

Ah THAT stuff! I have less than fond memories of going ass over teakettle because of freezing rain lol. Then there was sliding down the 104th street hill backwards on my heels....I screamed bloody murder all the way down too.

Freezing rain always looks so beautiful when it's backlighted like this, Mike! A lovely photo, bro! It's a PITA to drive on, though, and a major pain when the tree branches start falling on power lines.

Even so, I'm hoping we get a nice coating of ice on the trees here this winter (not to the point where it causes power outages, though..). If it does, I promise you i WILL get the Inspire in the air for some photos!

Great shot Mike. When I was stationed in Paine Field in the 60s we had freezing rain or wet snow sometimes in winter. I hated it, because it made driving very dangerous with all the slopes.
