Description
Used The Schell's VGF-14 aircraft, the SA Charger, V4 with armor from somewhere, and two awesome Stonemason building models I got at DAZ this weekend. Rendered in DAZ, postwork in Photoshop.
An ode to Robotech. I'm pretty certain we'll never see that live-action movie we've been promised, so I'll just keep doing my fan pics and re-imagining what it COULD have been like.

Looks great and thanks for the mention! It's a shame that the Robotech live action keeps getting cancelled or delayed (or just plain dropped), but it was bound to happen with the ongoing legal disputes over Macross/Robotech compliments of Harmony/Gold...

Robotech has been an endless source of inspiration and frustration. Every time an idea for a new project is floated, be it for a new series, the movie or the RPG, it just seems like delay after delay. It's a shame. Done right, a live action Robotech series could potentially be as big as Star Wars, even bigger. Cschell, I love your models at Vanishing Point. Keep 'em coming. Any chance of a Zentraedi pod in the future? (Battlepod or Fighter pod.) ;)
