Dear friends and neighbors and fellow citizens of Bristol ...
With deepest concern, I reach out to you once again, today to address the reports which flooded The Comm Center overnight regarding
sightings of a mysterious triangular vessel in the fair skies over our beloved Bristol.
Having concluded an exhaustive investigation, we here at The Office of Borough Management are pleased to report that a few local
pranksters flying a kite were the culprits in this unsettling affair.
Reports of experiencing a static charge and the overwhelming need to urinate in the presence of the kite are easily attributed
to a surge of adrenalin in the uncertainty of the moment.
We thank you for your diligence and urge you to continue with your normal activities, get out and go shopping in support of our local small
business merchants.

Addendum ... Yard Sale Saturday, Minnow Madness at Willow Lake, Concert in The Park, this Sunday's Knights of Columbus Roast Beef
Dinner, all house of worship services, and Farmer's Market Monday have all been cancelled. All events will be rescheduled at a later
date or resume on their normal days pending announcement.

It's a kite. Are they sure it's not a weather balloon or swamp gas? Maybe it's a kid's drone. (No don't want to go with something that might be too close to the truth.)

That looks like the one that flew over my house for 2 days straight. Turns out the base had 5 of those suckers! They're awesome, btw. I just watched it, though. I thought pulling a gun on it was a bit of an understatement. Yours made me giggle, though. ;)
