Was the 'good' doctor's treatment ineffectual, or did it exactly as expected? Either way, things don't look good for the mayor. Great image. His mutations and the change in the display behind him are great. Posing is awesome. I can't imagine how strong he is to hold a guard like that. Hope they can find a cure. And perhaps I may need to issue an apology to Dr. Mandy.
