Items I can remember using:
~FaceGen Artist for G3 Male + export morphs
~Default Michael 7 load
~Leo 7 skin + color adjustment in base diffuse surfaces tab
~Bodybuilder Morphs
~200+ face morphs for G3 Male
~Outdoor shower prop
~Towel prop for G2 male
~Free HDRI of sky at noon (did not need to add or use any light props, simply loaded the HDRI in Render Settings > Environment> Map. Then set Dome to Finite, then set Dome settings to Sun/Sky and then rotated the HDRI map until sun was generally behind him. Upped intensity for more light (all in renders tab.)
"Wet look" applied in Adobe photoshop. A mix of using the plastic filter + overlay layer + opacity + free water droplet brushes on a separate layer. Added drop shadow + inner shadow + bevel and emboss , lightly, to droplet layer.
