I like the light and the highlighting of the erotic aspects :-). Nice light on her nose. As to the left arm pose - I personally avoid such positions, G3F is not able to produce the correct armpit shape in such position. Lovely atmosphere for sure, but I would move her figure a bit up in the frame.
PS. The comments on the Renderosity are done this way: nice, superb, etc (even if an image is crap). Or nothing. I hope you will accept my realistic comments :-).
