Failed image, but in sepia it works somehow (flter by NIK)

Most interesting. At first I thought it was an old photo, and it certainly does look like it could have been taken in the early 1900's, but the lady in the short skirt, at an ATM(?), at the left gives it away that it is a recent image. But using the sepia tone and the blur gives the impression that some old time photographer was trying to capture the carriage in motion. Good image.
