A real frontal presence in this. A terrific image. It looks like the front of an old 30s radio grill (or whatever they called the fronts of those old radios)---only this is old on another planet. The parents would be saying, "we gotta throw this old thing out! Nowadays you can get the same reception from a cell!" Love the big and small tubes, and the geometrics formed from all those tiny motherboard circuits. (Pretty high off the surface, for motherboard circuitry.) And it goes back! With fire escapes or climbing bars on the sides; and lots of green tones all over. This is a big hunk of a thing---it almost looks like a clump of earth and grass, that has tubes and circuits growing out of it. And there's a face in the lower opening, in front, that looks like a DIsney character. (You see it?) You're masterful with light and shade. Terrific, Mandi. Really terrific. I'll be back for more soon. These are a joy.
