Description
I create a lattice. Then paint the shape in terrain editor. I export the mesh in 3ds format. Next I re-import it, duplicate the prop twice and apply volumetric material. Tada ! ^_^

Great idea ! Sounds tricky, but Im sure its not too hot to handle for Ya. Uhem: I dont know how Bryce works, but does it allow gradients in colours or should I better say bands ??? Maybe they could show the different temperatures inside and out. Sorry, just an idea, Youve asked ! :( Looking forward, what comes next. :)) Thanks for sharing and bye, chr

Great idea indeed! I didn't think it was possible to apply a volume mat to a lattice. Sweet image.

Thanx all for the helpful feedback. (You have corrected the title by yourself "streeT show"...) I'm working on a more realistic fire mat chrysaor, with better repartition of colors (I've began with orange color at the top of the fire ball). Masema: as far as I know, you can't apply volumetric mat to a lattice; you must export it (here in .3ds) and reimport the mesh by the file menu. (it is not a wellknown trick but it can help...)
