The usual mixed technique of mine lacked this time all oil pencils and oil strokes with brushes.. too many detailes in vertical lines, and I feared I would have lacked cohesive feelings mixin up too much, so I used tempera instead of oils.
Pencils and pen markers , as usual.
Use of colours are not realistic, as you see from a detail in the mirrors (will you? :P)
This paint represents a state of soul I was in and still be in precious moments of my life :) Those who can understand this, will read clearly within my lines.
It has a deep meaning in my world, I don't know in yours, but I hope you can enjoy.

I like practically all Your portraits and I am simply fascinated when You use those vivid colors that are veryspecific and typical for You. And here Youachieved a synergethic effect (though I'm not a great fan of "Smashing Pumpkins").

Amo moltissimo la forzatura dei colori che hai usato. Mi viene in mente Glenn Gould, che disse pio meno cos(vado a memoria, scusa): "Molti miei colleghi si mettono davanti al pianoforte sentendosi d e pensano 'ora Io instillerla musica nello strumento inerte'. Per me, invece, il contrario. Mi siedo e spero di riuscire a tirar fuori la musica intrappolata dentro." Perchho la sensazione che a te sia capitata pio meno la stessa cosa, con quest'immagine?
