Betty is V4 so it's an old outfit I added transmaps to get the look. It was called Dreamweaver for V4. I think I got it at Daz Wilma is Dawn from Hiwire3D and she's wearing the elf dress from Evilinnocence The hair for both of them are a combination of several pieces. I would recomend checking out Ali. Some great pieces over there that really replicate Betty and Wilma's hairstyles.
