Description
Started in Poser and DAZ Studio, rendered in Carrara. Only 2 spot lights in that scene with global illumination (indirect light).
Post work in Photoshop.

I like it, but honestley I like the thumbnail pic more. It has everything, that this picture needs. That comedia d'el arte character is a nice idea, but I think it is distracting.
