Description
Created for the weekend challenge at blenderartists.org. The theme was "Steampunk." I love the steampunk aesthetic, but you have to admit that sometimes it doesn't make much sense. Title is and inspiration from a song by Reginald Pikedevant.
Modeled in Blender, textured in Substance Painter, Blender Cycles Render (200 samples).

I've got a garden full of these gears.......all shapes and sizes..........even one 600mm dia as a bird table base :)

This made me laugh--it's definitely now a steampunk box! Lovely modelling, especially the glue!
