Description


Work in progress. Learning how to do indoor scenes and different kinds of lighting effects. Criticism is definately appriciated for improving the scene.

there are no shadows. i think, it would look better with shadows:

Maybe add some fire lamp on the front wall should further make the image more realistic. And some light rays on the wall or on the floor to provide the reflection in the room amosphere.

Well, I'd have to agree about the lighting. The ambient light is dull and lifeless. I'd add a bunch of radial lights set to a low intensity around the room. That should help add some contrast. I'd also put a mat on the moon. I think it would be more convincing. Also, the moon is resting on the horizon, I'd either drop it or raise it a hair because I don't like the tangent it forms. And, this is really fussy, but since the composition is so centered -- tiles, pool, path -- I'd try to align the camera just a touch to follow through with the rest of the centering. You have a good start, I can't wait to see how it transforms!
