I have big balls, reminds mevof V the AC/DC song. Lighting and shadowing are super.

Glad they are not blue balls, snicker..

One is green the other is purple. I am sure there is a song in there somewhere or else a Life warning.

well I see at least some of your fans have used up all the "big balls" jokes, so I'll refrain, lol. As for this piece, I have to plead ignorance, as I really don't know what these techniques entail. But I did enough with Blender and Poser to know these are serious parameters. And they take planning. (Btw, after a day with Blender, I considered turning into a newt. Anything would've been better than learning that program...) I don't know how you do this, but I like the feel of them, and their boldness, and the surfaces, which I assume you can smooth or do whatever you want to. Sweet image. I know that designing and rendering simple shapes can be an art, in 3D...

Interesting effect. Smooth where the light hits it and patterned on the darker side.

Reminds me of those plastic Easter eggs that split open to put a tiny present inside. This is really cool getting to ride along with you as explore 4.9, Mike. I especially like that you're mentioning what type of lighting you're using. That's what makes me most curious about Studio ..... The lighting. Well done!

Indeed they are - and shiny ones, too!

Cool experimentation with the lights and shapes, Mike! The lights in DS work a bit differently from Poser lights... I'm still getting used to them...
