Description

Small accidents by using traditional means and unfortunately no "undo" command helps you, this timeā€¦ Very irritating! The most boring part of this picture was the creation of the various labels, but I wanted that these had a realistic look; they're a bit different from real ones though. For those interested: ash in the ashtray is a flattened terrain to which I slightly increased mounds and spikes; although it's not the most important part of the picture, I'm pretty satisfied with the result. Cookies and crumbs are terrains as well. Due to global illumination (81 radial lights - intensity amount = 1 - sun light disabled / atmosphere off) it took a few hours in the afternoon and the whole night till dawn to render this. As usual, modeled in Hexagon, (except for Doritos bag, figurine on windowsill and dirty cloth - archive3d.net) and rendered in Bryce 5.5. Hope you like it.

Excellent work! Great job on everything, especially the lighting. The way you rigged the indirect lighting with the 81 radials is pretty much a home made 3d Fill Light, which is one of the awesome new features of Bryce 7 that was specially designed for this type of scenario. This is so very impressive for Bryce 5 indeed. Full marks. Nice to meet you!!

Oops! Hope you made a backup.... Oh, wait, drawings and watercolours don't back-up so easily.
