With this image I want to wish you already a wonderful & peaceful weekend! PS. For whatever reason, this song is just magical, or something and the music is haunting! Love it since my own hairs had that 'Kate-Bush-Look' ... and it remember's me when my beloved daughter Diana (20 years ago) used to call me 'Kate Bush' - Smile!

Another of your painterly treatments, with bits of ink-work and pencil-work. A fine pose on the woman; and, as always, you handle her clothes and hair perfectly for what you're trying to convey. The sky is a deep swirl of clouds and deep blue. You've got lots of 'dots' for birds, and maybe objects floating from the sky. Your mountains seem 'thought' into the painting as much as painted; a fine sense of deep atmosphere. And the woman has deep reds (her hair) against rich yellow-green fabric (almost olive-green). And I love those sleeves---they suggest she's made of wind as much as of flesh. She holds her arms out as if to receive what's in front of her...Beautifully done, Ute. And the grass at bottom is a perfect 'frame' for your image.
