You've rendered this a big sheet of blue peanut brittle. It looks edible, but for the blue part. I like what you did with the ice sheen, and how the chunks on top of the pond look like they can be pushed across (like that sport---shuffle board? well, it's a bit like hockey, with lots of oblong-shaped pucks). Grain too: It's almost flat as a result. A fascinating combination of textures, an exploration of the many ways ice can appear to us. More fine exploration from you.
