Description
Jacob Jackson is one of the most powerful Supers in the Black Kat series, and also one of the most dangerous. His powers haven't stabilized yet and are centered in his emotions. He has a bad habit of accidentally zapping the women he's attracted to, including Kat. He tries to use his powers for good by finding and healing other Supers.
