Description
Lithia Park in Ashland has a long thin shape (total 93 acres) that roughly follows the path of Ashland Creek & there are trails that follow the creek on both sides. This photo was taken from one of those trails...

Beautiful - I could sit by the side of a creek like this and listen to it sing to me all day

Beautiful picture looks like a jewel sat there :)

I adore moss and there is enough of it on this boulder. The green offsets the grey rocks beautifully and your shutter speed was perfect to capture the movement of the water. Well done!

I agree with Carin about the shutter speed, the water is flush with movement without the effect-y silk look that some long-exposures create when shooting moving water. And the whole picture radiates; a first rate example of your treatment of photography, where everything radiates, but not too much. Ie, it retains its essence, but has an inner light all the same. The interjections of leaves (right side and in back) the twig in front of the rock, the moss on the rock---some in luminous yellows---are musical. Beautiful pov, composition and postwork.
