Description

Norway, Flatbreen At last we could see the glacier tongue and had a break before we had to hurry down because it was to late and we didnt want to climb down in the dark. The following second image here shows the mountain where we hiked up. Thanks a lot for all welcome comments ;o)

Das Bild hat was symbolisches an sich. Man ahnt gerade das Wichtigste und dann reichen die Umstände nicht hin, um es voll ins Bewusstsein zu bekommen. Aber der Vordergrund als solcher ist ja auch sehr detailreich. Tolles Bild, Rita

This terrain absolutely astounds me and you've inspired me to do some reading on this location. Never in my wildest imagination could have envisioned that it looked like this in Norway. The most of I've ever seen of Europe is the features they do on TV when The Olympics are there. And now your pictures. And Jean-Claude's pictures too. Extraordinary and beautiful shots, my friend! Wow.
