Description
It's the first time that I have made a little story for the picture.
So here is the story:
On the search for Edward
Angeline was looking for her brother, Edward.
He had often got himself in trouble, but this time he had been missing any trace of him for weeks.
None of his friends had an idea where he was. The family had always been his last stop when he did not know how to settle his debts.
Someone with whom Edward always made debts gave Angeline a new clue. Aaron Sweeney, who was only called the fat Irishman, told Angeline about a warehouse in one of the outer districts where Edwatd was supposed to have a deal. Edward should settle his debts soon, otherwise the fat Irishman could only give him a tip for a good hospital.
Grateful and at the same time disgusted, Angeline picked up the information and set off immediately.
The warehouse was located in an old, decayed industrial area with only a few companies. Angeline had to crawl through a hole in the wire fence and make a way through wild bushes to get unseen to the warehouse.
In the hall stood some boxes of Asian characters. Some of them were open.
When Angeline stood at one of the entrances she could see no one from her point of view. Cautiously she went further into the hall. There was no sound. She gathered all her courage and shouted loudly a "hello" into the silence of the hall. The slight echo of her voice came back.
Suddenly she heard quick heavy steps from a corner of the hall and several incomprehensible words were exchanged.
Where Angeline and her brother grew up, you did not go without a weapon out of the house and so she had one of them. She pulled her 45ACP out of the back trouser collar and load it.
A moment later several armed men stormed around a corner of the warehouse. Angeline did not even ask a question. As soon as the men had seen them, they also opened the fire. The bullets whistled past Angeline's head and struck her with a deafening noise in the concrete columns behind her. In a flowing motion, Angeline released her gun, shot, shot, and took a jump. A nasty taste of powdered steam and concrete dust lay on her tongue.
She did not know if she had met one of the men and with how many she had to take it at all. Was her brother really here and if so what did he have to do with these people?
A sound behind the stack of crates, where she was looking for cover, let her go around. Who or what was there ...
