Born: Feb 13, 1923 (age 93) same Birthday as Me Test Pilot Charles Elwood "Chuck" Yeager is a former United States Air Force general officer and record-setting test pilot. In 1947, he became the first pilot confirmed to have exceeded the speed of sound in level flight.

Nice job on the plane, his suit and his face. You ought read his biography - first in many ways and survivor of several crashes. He was well known when I was a child. Sad so few know about him today! Nice tribute! Keep up the good work! :-)
