Description
Always loved what Vue did, so I downloaded the free Pioneer program, watch some tutorial, and played a bit. Love it. I do think I will pop for Vue Complete, I can see lots of my landscaping ideas coming alive with this.
This is just a quick project based an a tutorial by Geeks at Play.

Very cool - I used to use Vue a lot and it is undoubtedly excellent for landscapes, skies and atmospheres. But I bailed out if it once I started using Carrara, which rendered much faster (not sure what the comparison would be like now) and the cost of continuous updates for Vue were just getting too much.

definitely more pricey. Both tools (carrara and vue) can do good landscapes, Vue better in my opinion, but Carrara is still amazing and as I've used it for well over a decade, it has proven capable. Definitely excited to try more of Vue though.

Nice work! I have an older copy of Vue and am still amazed at what it can do. I have yet to master it though and it can be a bit challenging - at least for this old brain. Keep going!

Got the Vue Complete 2016. I tested out pioneer and found I enjoyed it and liked the results so this will keep me busy for a long while :)
