Description
I've been practicing creating underwater backgrounds in Photoshop. This is my fourth attempt. I think I'm getting the hang of the bubbles! The mermaid was rendered in Daz Studio Iray and added to the scene without postwork.
The bubbles were made using the Underwater Bubble Brushes by MorganBW.
