I love this! The high-key background brings the birds out beautifully. I looked at the birds, counted them, looked at the branches, thought about painting branches, looked at the birds again ... SUCH an engaging photograph!

Wonderful! Do you know what they are? We have winter visitors here called Waxwings, which look similar, but I know nothing about US birds.

We do have waxwings here in Oregon & I think that's what these are, but I'm not 100% sure...

In this tensile, shimmering piece, you brought out lights in the branches all over the place, and the light and colorations on the birds are beautiful. Plus the music of the patterns---the birds spread across the "staves" of the branches; and just the branches intermingling themselves. A vertical image, surrounded by sheer white. This is brilliant.
