Description

Just another collage and painting. Not much thinking in it, but I had a great time. I simply can´t understand why RR think, a picture gets better if they enlargen it. Why do we have to push the blue botton, to see it in its original and much nicer way? Why do I sometime have to put a wide background frame around my picture same colors as the RR background, so it wont get enlargen and unclear? Why, oh why do you do that? I can still see it, when I manege to move the curtains in my eye aside. I am not that blind yet. The weather?....It was rain and rain and rain a glimse of sun and rain.... etc. Thanks for the visit :)

Interesting finger painting Vincent van Gogh-like concept, Helle. Looks like watercolor, and done on cardboard, and is that a television set at the bottom? And, you definitely won't agree, but I like the enlarging of work on Renderosity. I used to say, please ZOOM for better detail, on most of my postings. Mark encourages enlarging his stuff also.

I went with two of my artist girlfriends this morning to a "Senior Day" at the local art museum, and we painted with watercolors. The last time I painted on paper was about 1989! I tried "loose." HA! I ended up with an orange circle and some green ones. (It was supposed to be an orange and four limes and a few leaves that were brown on the edges.) After I did that, I did a spatter painting that I liked a little better. It does NOT come back to you immediately!!! LOL! Different kind of paint from what I used to use, and of course no time to let anything dry before going on to the next thing. But we had fun, and saw some wonderful pieces in an exhibit from Gloria Garfinkle, and in another room a LOT of pieces from local high school students.

Your work is every bit as good as what I saw today, and of course better than 99% of the high school students! (I leave 1% for the possibility that I might not have "understood" everything I saw.) Gloria Garfinkle does oil and acrylic on canvas, and does some collage. Everything she does is layered, and it was just wonderful! I thought about how much you would have liked the exhibition. I showed my friends this picture you made, and they were quite impressed. Of course they have seen your artwork that hangs in my house. They are great Helle fans! :)

So. I wish you could have been with us this morning, because it was great fun, and you would have liked it. After, we had a delicious lunch. What could be better?

Oh, how cute is this !!! I see a dance in this, a ball room dance, hahaha, and the lady is tap dancing, while she paints on the wall. Another nice piece of art, full of diversities. It is always a success, everything you create, dear friend.
