Hello. I apologize I have not been able to recently spend as much fun time as I usually do in the gallery.
I also recently had the pleasure of chatting with MadBat.
He knows part of this story, but not all of it.
A little over a month ago, my father suffered a stroke and died three weeks later.
In that time, I was very grateful to be able to come here and feel as normal as I possibly could. And happy.
One week after he died, my ex-wife contacted me out of the blue with her sympathies and also shared many more feelings.
We had not communicated in many years.
My head has been spinning.
Things are happening very fast. Very fast.
I certainly hope I will not for long and will never be a stranger to you here in the gallery.
Most importantly? I want to thank you very, very, very much. Thank you.

my condolences for your loss. about one year after my mom died, I had the sudden urge to call her, but caught myself before dialing a number that belonged to someone else by then.
I thought at first that your characters were holding burning drumsticks. I know all of your renders has a purpose for a story line to be realized later

I feel your pain in your loss, brother, and my thoughts and prayers go with you. And I hope all goes well with reconnecting with your ex-wife, and you both can find happiness together again. Life has a way of throwing all kinds of curve balls your way. Sometimes you just have to take some time. I hope you are able to come back refreshed and renewed when you are ready, and treat us to wonderful art like this one.
Be well, buddy!
