... in bedroom shoes, with this trip around Aunt Nell's lower pond being most likely my last.
The valley and I have been friends for many years, and before poisonous plants and biting insects
distract from pains of deer briars raking though clothing and flesh, I shall make this final trek and record its events... tho they be few and small.

Thank you... my first image was "enhanced" a bit, using a Windows 10 "vignette" photo app feature. Apparently the beaver has died or moved on, as they are fastidious and meticulous in maintaining their blockages.
