Description
on my trip(4:30 am) while on Interstate 45 a pickup pulling a trailer loaded with fiber optic material past me going way above the speed limit. when it was maybe a block ahead I seen an object fly off the trailer. when it hit the concrete sparks was flying every where and it was changing direction of skidding. luckily I decided to use the shoulder and I missed it. it was very dark and except for the sparks I would not be able to see it. I was the only vehicle close and I was able to see the vehicles behind me were able to miss it
