Müsliriegel---what we'd call, in English, a Granola bar. That's what this looks like, at first glance. But of course it's stone, and once again you've captured the intricate detail of stone in an electric way. It has real electricity and energy; a compressed capture of "brownian movement," random movement patterns seen in this totally still photograph. Once again you've used the black and white medium perfectly. Beautiful close-study once more.
