Another elegant participant celebrating the 50th birthday anniversary of my city, captured way back in August of 2007.
I assume the group on top of that magnificent vehicle didn't have to pay and were getting a free ride.

Yeah, they are having a free ride, I am sure and they enjoy it too in the lovely sunshiine, which is commonplace there, but not here :)
