Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

They are FAB! You must do a street scene with lots of them!

This is brilliant Helle and looks very much like a Lowry picture.

They are fantastic and they also remind me of L.S Lowry

Cool application of plain folks just standing around, conversing and/or exchanging greetings, Helle. Hope things go better for you eyewise. Mostly touch and go, which can be quite frustrating.

This is wonderful, Helle! Simplicity is often elegant - and these wonderful 'doodles' are definitely elegant! I'll have to check out BobBlast - I've been enjoying YT videos by Jazza and Ross Tran. Both are a riot, and do wonderful work.

Well, they may be doodles but they're livelier than a lot of pose packs I've seen for use in renders so that says something. :) I've got to get a fresh sketch book and some ink and do some doodling again in the nicer weather.

They may not have the level of detail of realism, certainly, but they're each unique, and have wonderful personalities! And I can tell that the dog on the right is a standard poodle, and the one on the left is Andrea's Rosie. :) I love your people, and their shadows give even a page of doodles marvelous depth. This is fun!!!

I already wrote about this privately, but it's worth writing about again. The amazing thing, considering the simple brushstrokes that this style demands, is the variety of expression and personality you got throughout the people. Different sizes, pants or skirts or dresses, thick, thin, some with hats---very defined, even though you used few strokes to make them---different 'attitudes', personalities, presences...a real collection. And some people are connecting with someone else, some not...and that big dog is turned around, which isn't easy to do with simple strokes. I really loved this when it went up (and do now), and I loved the video. You have another style to add to your carnival of expressions. You can stick these figures into pieces whenever you see fit. A wonderful upload, which is also thoughtful as well...the people seem connected yet separate. I love this.
