Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Very nice. I like the simple range of colors, and the impressionist qualities. I get a sense of mood and space. Nicely done.

A rather spooky dead end alley with the cast shadows of men no where is sight, as displayed in this cool multicolored and textured composite, Helle. Great blending effects. And, is that a metal street plate way at the bottom?

I've looked at this a few times, and each time I see a different mood. I like this. I am not sure if the gallery visitors are trapped in the artwork, or simply lost within it. Beautiful work with this one.

This is amazing wonderful, and I so much love the mix of colours you used, dear friend. It really tells a story too, or even more stories. Fantastic work again, Helle!

This is wonderful! It conveys the feeling of being totally immersed in what you're viewing. We went to a fiber arts exhibit today, and it was just like this! :)

I know Saul Steinberg can be very cold (and you're very warm), but I can't help but think of his figures when I see a piece like this. I know you don't know his work (and aren't copying him, by any means), but it's an amazing thing to see another artist who can create characters like this. This feels like people lost in thought at an exhibition; but it also could be people lost in thought in a building, a home, in a large hall. They're staring at things that feel partly 'real', and partly a dream. And your patterns are everywhere---not just on the walls, but in the floor, and the ground beneath that. It's as if the exhibit permeates life itself, it rhythmically resonates across the canvas...and I love how you combine patterns, period. It's one of your specialties. The 6-petaled patterns on the wall (top right) are repeated on the floor, etc---a perfect example of how you overlap patterns in our images. I love this piece! And 3 people are just enough to get the feeling of solitude in a public space.
