Description

This lively character is a rescue seal that was found close to death. She had swallowed a bunch of party balloons. She now plays the staring role in a show about promoting bubbles at parties instead of rubber balloons! The ring around her neck was thrown into the wave pool to symbolize rubbish, and she rocketed up from the depths and ended up with it around her neck.
