Description

I was working on another project when I started thinking about my first solo flight almost 30 years ago.You remember your first solo flight? I do. I soloed in 7.5 hrs. in this early evening representation of the Cessna 172 at about 35 deg. flaps and about 3/4 throttle in Cincinnati. Quite the rush that Ive never forgotten! :) Daz 4.9, rendered with Iray, post-work, if needed, with GIMP 2.8.10

I do remember too. It was in August 2000 on Grossenhain airfield with the Bocian: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/airborne/2318537/?p Had been told only to go around the trafic curcuit. Thermals were so strong I probably could have stayed in the air for hours that day. So I had to use the airbrakes - what a pitty.
