This hottie got me into 3D, or rather the search for one did! I looked everywhere for stock photos for the cover of my first novel and could find nothing like my hero. Every decent picture of a blond guy had been used to death on a dozen covers anyhow. A friend suggested creating him in 3D. I hired her to do so and found Kitt over at Illusion Designs. He and his counterpart, Esther (who he comes bundled with) are on my first book, Crazy in the Heart. When I saw what could be done in 3D, I was hooked! A year later, I've designed the cover for my second book, Unlucky Charm, and am working on a third, all in 3D and Photoshop. I'm also in the midst of redoing the Crazy cover, and thought it would be fun to see what Kitt looked like in Iray (original was done in 3Delight.) M4 is still smokin' hot, and the Anagenesis shaders really do a beautiful job of showing that!
