Yes cats hate rain they hate it on their paws but mind you most cats will jump in to an sink and lick the water drops from the tap

I miss this sort of scene. Spending winters in the south, we get a bit of rain from time to time (and sometimes more than a bit), but it's never this sort of clean-spring-green rain. We'll be back in the rain in about six weeks, and I'm looking forward to it!

The rain created such a melancholy atmosphere and mood here, running down the glass sliding doors, even the cat seems a little perplexed by such a watery scene, probably glad to be dry and indoors... I remember our Tabby 'Monkey' just wanted to curl up and sleep all day ! - a very serene 'Zen' moment - it's almost hypnotizing...
