I love this, buddy. This is magic. And it is so extremely cool seeing the Gibson throughout the years in every picture. Amazing that it survived the truck fire! Incredible shots. That is one of the happiest Xmas pictures I've ever seen too. Wonderful! I'm a drummer, but I just bought an Epiphone and a practice amp. I took a break from playing and saw your upload.

Beautiful story, DW. Your Gibson is truly a survivor. Once upon a time I wanted a keyboard, but somehow that got away from me.

Great Image !!!

A nasty mishap! Good for your guitar (a Gibson is still a Gibson and even with some little burn , always makes its effect), bad for the "unfortunate" Daddy of your cousin ,subjected at torture with your strum! (LOL)

Awesome info.. I too have played off and on though the years. I bought a Gibson Les Paul and a Fender half stack last year. I took a few lessons before I got into school at the hospital now I don't get much time to play. I am hoping to return to fret burning one day lol. Stay at it my friend !!! Love that Gibson . So glad it made it though the fire..It a classic for sure!

Wonderful photos, and a great story, DW! Sounds like you and that Gibson were meant to stay together. Hope you keep up with your playing, bro!
